Free Yoga class on Wednesday and Sunday mornings @ 9am

Directions: Head out of town on Hai Ba Trung Street.  Go about 3km.  When you get to the main road, go straight across it and when you can see the sand, park your bike on the left. La Plage is on the far right.

(Note: Most people in town will send you to Cua Dai Beach which is a few kilometers south of An Bang.  It's a bigger, more developed beach.  Most tourists who've visited both prefer An Bang as it's quieter.)
