La Plage is just a couple of kilometers away from downtown Hoi An. We're on the far right of An Bang Beach*.  alBike or catch a taxi k along the beach, rent a bike or catch a taxi.  (tell the driver, "Bien An Bang"). 

Directions from the center of Hoi An: 
Find 'Hai Ba Trung' street and head out of town.  When you get to the big road cross it and you'll be at An Bang Beach.  It's about 2.5 kilometers - passing through rice paddies. Park on the left at 'Good Parking' and walk over to La Plage on the far right.  

From Da Nang:
Head south towards Hoi An on the costal road.  A few km out of Hoi An, at the big intersection where you normally turn right into town, take a left and go a few meters 'til you get to the beach.    Park on the left at 'Good Parking' and walk over to La Plage on the far right.  

From Cua Dai:
Head north (towards Da Nang) a couple of kilometers on the big costal road.  Take a right into An Bang Beach at the big intersection.  Park on the left at 'Good Parking' and walk over to La Plage on the far right.

*An Bang isn't on many maps (yet) and if you say you want to go to the beach, most locals will direct you to Cua Dai Beach.  An Bang is smaller and less developed.  People who are looking for a relaxing beach experience without a lot of people trying to sell them stuff, generally prefer An Bang to Cua Dai.  It's also closer and a prettier ride out (rice paddies vs busy small streets).
